First monograph dedicated to the Swiss artist (*1957)

Co-founder of the M/2 space in Vevey, Huck has participated in the dynamism of the Swiss artistic scene since the 1980s. His drawings are comparable with those of other European artists who refused the categorization of “abstract/figurative.” Between the 90’s till 2006 Huck has been making cycles of works on paper, which are simultaneously anchored in his personal life and the reservoir of styles and forms available from the 20th century.

Published on the occasion of his solo exhibition at the Musée Jenisch in Vevey, this monograph allows the re-discovery, in all its richness, of an intimate and generous practice, both sensitive and personal, through this medium and its “mises-en-scène.”

Published with the Musée Jenisch, Vevey.
