Protesting Capitalist Globalization Oliver Ressler

KBB presents the Austrian artist Oliver Ressler, bringing to Barcelona three of his videos and an installation.

His projects explore various socio-political themes. He organizes specific and related exhibitions in public space, videos on racism, migration, genetic engineering, economy and alternative forms of social resistance.

On 9 March a panel discussion was held : “SOCIAL SUBJETIVITY. NEED AND VISUALITY OF GLOBAL POLITICAL DISAGREEMENT”, with the participation of Oliver Ressler, Marcelo Expósito, Matteo Pasquinelli, Sigismond de Vajay and Joaquín Barriendos. On March 10th the artist made a workshop. These activities were attended by an estimated 60 people.
