Alba Magica MMX, originated as a support for the 2010 retrospective exhibition at the Woodstreet Gallery in Pittsburgh, USA, is divided into two sections: the first with two background texts (by Jorge Bosia and the Peruvian curator Gustavo Buntinx) and an interview with the artist by the Colombian critic María Iovino. The second part consists of a methodical cataloging of 35 works with descriptions, exhibition locations, photographs and critical texts on each one.

This is the brief resume, which goes from his beginnings in 1994 to 2010, of an artist who recognizes photography as the gateway to his artistic production, a discipline he has lived with since childhood since his father was a great aficionado.

A constant in his work is his interest in light; he has carried out research on it and heat, which were in turn the germ of his interest in technology. Most of his projects have to do with the functioning of things: “rebuilding a device to subvert its order and rebuild it is the most common operation I do.”

The volume can be sold both separately and together with Gratia Mystica MMXXII with its container case.
